Summer for the sporty

With 700 km of footpaths and hiking trails, there are endless ways to explore the magnificent mountain scenery of Davos. The Davos Klosters region and the Prättigau valley are among the most attractive destinations in the Alps for bikers. The steep alpine trails promise plenty of flow and fun, for a fantastic biking experience in beautiful natural surroundings. A day at Madrisaland, with its legendary adventure park and varied activities, is bound to be a memorable experience. An adventure for young and old.

If you visit Lake Davos in fine weather, it feels almost like a day at the seaside. You can relax in the open-air pool or, if you feel more energetic, try wakeboarding, surfing, kite surfing, pedalo driving or even sailing on the lake.

With adventure playgrounds both down in the valley and up in the mountains, petting zoos, summer sledging runs and much, much more — the many attractions of the Davos Klosters holiday region will get everyone excited!

Leisure tips.

Rope park

At the Färich rope park, there are six routes of varying degrees of difficulty, and a spectacular 12-meter-high pendulum jump that allows visitors to swing between heaven and earth. Children can learn to clamber from tree to tree using ropes on a specially secured circuit.

Dog walking

A special 12.5 km walk for dogs has been marked out from Klosters to St. Antönien. The so-called Lecky Trail goes from the top station of the Madrisa cable car along good mountain paths to the Jägglisch Horn and then on to St. Antönien.

Book benches

From June to October, you'll find "book benches" in Davos and Klosters, inviting you to stop and browse, get immersed in a story and perhaps come back again. Beside each "book bench" is a box containing a selection of books for all ages.
